Lavish hotel, clean, employees are dedicated, and location is wonderful in a former bank building which gives it a unique flair.

The staff was super and cool, they showed us what helpful service is supposed to be like. The room was exceptionally good and outstanding, appreciated exceptionally comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious and nice with plenty of meals to choose from.

Responsive staff from the receptionist through the concierge, peaceful atmosphere, everything was fabulous. We had a stylish deluxe twin room with a modern marble-tiled bath, balcony plus a view for less.

The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a truly relaxing area, just off all the attraction and Alexanderplatz and cafes. Greatly enjoyed luxurious bathroom and pay television, a safe box, and a mini-fridge-bar in our classic room. The bed was comfy, a separate shower worked well. The property had a central location and it was just next door to a picturesque town square.

Location: the hotel was near to the attraction, and the Brandenburg Gate. The food was fab, the rooms were gorgeous and good-sized. Perfect service was provided here. The staff was competent and knowledgeable and my stay was very pleasant, would stay here again.
