Amazing service and comfort!

I had an awesome 2-night stay in the Deluxe Historic View Room. The staff was super friendly, especially the concierge who totally took care of all my needs! My room was so comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful with a nice bathtub. Breakfast was pricey, but the food was fantastic when I finally tried it. Just wish the bar was open a bit later!

The rooftop bar provided stunning sunset views, and the breakfast spread was incredibly diverse, especially the fresh fruits.

We had a fantastic stay, exploring Berlin on bike tours with the kids, and the hotel was a perfect base. The rooms were spacious, and the location made it easy to visit nearby attractions, like Museum Island, which was just a short ride away.

My kids wished for a more straightforward breakfast ordering process.

Single traveler seeking comfort and luxury

The staff was wonderful,, particularly the concierge who organized everything I asked for. I had a beautifully comfortable room and an excellent bathroom with a bath that made me feel relaxed after a long day.

It wasn't inexpensive,, but still acceptable considering the quality.

The hotel is exceptionally located for exploring Berlin, with many iconic attractions just a short walk away. We appreciated the spacious Deluxe Double or Twin Room, which featured comfortable linens and a well-appointed bathroom. The service was fantastic. our room was always tidy and adjusted to our liking each day, which added to our comfort during our four-night stay. However, the in-room dining experience could have been improved, as our Caesar salad arrived with unwashed lettuce and no dressing. Despite that small hiccup, we had a wonderful time and would love to return.

My family had a great 4-night stay with a stunning view from our deluxe room overlooking the plaza. Breakfast was a highlight with delicious healthy options, but in-room dining was lacking.
