Good sized units with a superb mattress, Bebelplatz view and a big bathroom, and the staff were dedicated. The location was incredible for walking around a public square.

Location: the hotel was near to the attraction, and the Brandenburg Gate. The food was fab, the rooms were gorgeous and good-sized. Perfect service was provided here. The staff was competent and knowledgeable and my stay was very pleasant, would stay here again.

This is a wonderful hotel. I've stayed at a lot of luxury hotels and this is one of the best. It looks fabulous, but this is not the reason why it's great - the staff. What service! I don't ask for much, but they suggested things without being in anyway intrusive. They were just truly helpful. The concierge desk is a delight! The location of the hotel is great too, just near the great museums and also near some good shopping and great bars and restaurants. I liked it so much, I'm going back again in a few weeks.

The service was friendly and efficient, and the staff were helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was walking distance from many interesting parts of the city and special landmarks. The breakfast included in the suite offer was excellent, apart from the baked pastries.

The restaurant service needs attention, as some of the staff did not meet the standard you would expect from a luxury establishment. This was the only negative aspect of my stay.
